RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We get that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right fit. That's why we've spent a lot of time working on our size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

But, in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are problems with the fit, Wonderpants provides a flexible returns and exchange policy. 

For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect an exchange of the items. Given the delicate nature of underwear, refunds are only given for faulty garments.

When trying on your garments, please be careful to keep them clean and ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items. We can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.

We do not offer returns on SALE items, unless faulty, so please choose carefully.

If you do need to organise a return, be sure to contact us within 10 working days of receiving the items.

All return items must be in as new, mint, unmarked, unwashed condition with the original tags attached.

All return/exchange postage costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty. Please package your returns carefully, as we cannot be responsible for packages we have not packed ourselves. 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
